2. Currently, we don't offer separate purchases for left and right eye prescriptions. If yours differ, select two pairs of the same color.

3. Double-check your address details, especially your phone number and email. Your email is crucial for order confirmations and notifications about any out-of-stock items.

4. Our standard shipping time is 24–48 hours. If it exceeds 72 hours, check your email for notifications. It may be due to stock availability or an incorrect address.

For instance, if you order 3 pairs, you'll receive 3 lens cases and 1 tools.

How to wear:

1. Soak lenses in lens solution for at least 6 hours before first use

2. Clean your hands

3. Rinse it gently with contact lens solution

4. Make sure the lens is right side up

5. Hold your upper eyelid gently, then place the lens in your eyes.

Care Tips:

1. Replace lenses after 10 months to avoid exceeding the recommended usage period (1 year).

2. Limit contact lens wear to 8 hours a day for optimal eye health.

3. Change contact lens solution every 3 days when lenses are not in use.

4. Replace your contact lens case every 3 months to maintain cleanliness and hygiene.

4. Delivery Time

Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time

Processing Time: 1-3 business days (Usually within 24h, and it will be delayed to within 48-72h during the certain holiday.)

RETURN POLICY

Our return policy lasts for 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Return/Refund Conditions:

1. The after-sale warranty period is 14 days upon receiving the parcel (according to the logistic information).

2. Returned items must be unopened and in good condition with the original packaging. We do not accept returned items that have been opened, damaged, or altered in any way.

3. Please contact us before returning any items.You are responsible for the return shipping charges.

If you discover any quality problems (ripped, incomplete, shriveled, etc.) within the after-sale warranty period, please contact us immediately and provide clear pictures of the defective item. We will replace it after inspection. Please do not discard the lenses and packaging until your issue is resolved.

Return/Refund Process
1. Please email us contact@mail.myeyebb.com first, and we will write back to you asap. Please tell us the details of your order in the email: your name, order number, and reason.

2. Put the item in its original packaging.
Returns are allowed if the packaging of the product is intact and the product has not been opened, which will not affect the secondary sales.

3. Hand over the package to the carrier.
After returning the package to us, please provide the tracking number and website to track the logistics information.

4. We have received your return package.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will email you informing you that we have received your returned item. We will check if the package is in good condition once and notify you to approve or deny the refund.

Special Case:

• Purchase error:

If you mistakenly order the wrong prescription or wrong color, and you want a replacement, you will need to return the product to us, and we will resend it to you, please note we will charge $16.99 for shipping

• Personal reasons: I don't like/subjectively think the color is not good-looking

1. If you don't like the products and it has been open, you need to cut the lens in half (refer to the picture) and contact us within 14 days, we will refund the money to the shopping card in your account. You can check your balance at any time by logging into your account. More than 14 days, we cannot refund.

Please note: only one after-sales opportunity per order.

2.If you don't like the products, and it has been open, you can exchange it for a different pair, you only pay $10 shipping. No need to return the unlike one. (Note: only one pair can be exchanged)
